In-situ Crystal Series
Produced based on "in-situ" manufacturing process, this range of in-situ crystal FCC catalyst is suitable for RFCC units where the feed has higher content level of heavy metal such as Ni, V, etc. It shows stable activity and high resistance on attrition and heavy metal contamination. It has good selectivity on gasoline, light oil and coke. Gasoline octane number can also be promoted by it.
High Activity RFCC Series
High activity RFCC catalyst has extraordinary hydrothermal stability and capability to crack heavy oil. It allows RFCC unit to be operated with it under lower carbon oxygen ratio. It is suitable for processing resid and feed which is difficult to be cracked, particularly the resid with high contents of vanadium, sodium, calcium and basic nitrogen compounds. It is also applicable to RFCC units demanding lower slurry yield.
It has vanadium resisting component, which makes the catalyst have excellent metal tolerance. It also has fine selectivity on coke and light oil. The catalyst can be developed to meet different feed and operation conditions and product target like higher LPG yield, higher octane number, low coke, etc.
Gasoline Octane Number Enhance RFCC Series
Gasoline octane number enhance RFCC catalyst increases octane number of paraffin base gasoline. It is suitable for RFCC unit processing paraffin base feed and demanding higher gasoline octane number. It has modified alumina which has strong capability of converting heavy oil. Fine coke selectivity can also be found in it.
RFCC Series for Heavy Oil
This RFCC catalyst is applicable to RFCC unit with process high ratio of resid oil. It has compound zeolites as the active component, and compound alumina as the binder. The density of it is moderate. It shows high activity and stability, with good attrition resistance, metal tolerance and coke selectivity. It can also highly promote gasoline octane number.
Low Coke RFCC Series
To process feed that is rich of resid oil with heavy coke burning, low coke RFCC catalyst is a good choice. It has good coke selectivity and lowers coke yield. It also optimizes distribution of product with strong heavy oil conversion ability and heavy metal resistance.
RFCC Series for Higher Diesel Yield
This RFCC catalyst can crack heavy feed with higher LPG yield and gasoline octane number. This product is applied to produce more diesel oil. It increases medium fraction yield and improves dry gas and coke selectivity.
FCC Series for Olefin Reduction
This FCC catalyst is applied to decrease olefin content of gasoline due to the existence of various zeolites. It has the advantages to raise the proportion of hydrogen transfer reaction to cracking reaction.
It has high activity stability, high capability to crack heavy oil and good heavy metal tolerance. It also has better coke selectivity, higher light oil yield and octane number.
RFCC Series Special for MIP Process
This RFCC catalyst is suitable for MIP process FCC units in more propylene yield. It not only has good activity and stability, but also has good coke selectivity, good metal tolerance and high gasoline octane number.
FCC Series for High Propylene Yield
FCC catalyst is suitable for more propylene yield. It is a special catalyst with good activity stability, coke selectivity, and high gasoline octane number.
