Chempack ASB high alumina support ball is widely used in oil refining, petrochemical and natural gas applications, and is in increasing demand for use in liquefied natural gas plants. It operates over a wide temperature range, from 100°C to 1,600°C. As its minimum aluminum content is 99.3%, our alumina support ball is usually used as a catalyst bed support for chemical reaction towers where impurities should be kept at minimum. It is quite effective when used in strong acid or alkali environment. As a result of the nature of high alumina, this product is superior to our similar products.

Like alumina support ball, Chempack CSB ceramic support ball is also extensively used in oil refining, petrochemical and natural gas applications. It is manufactured from high quality chemical porcelain clay which features great stability, high crushing strength and resistance to thermal shock. Our ceramic support ball is often used at 100-500°C. It is a standard item for desulphurization process and is suitable for most desulphurization systems of oil refineries.
Besides our CSB inert balls, we also produce other shapes such as full cylinders, hollow cylinders and prisms, which are used as supporting and covering layers for contact masses in reactors according to customers'specific applications.
