Metal Random Packing
The combination structure of saddle and ring has made our metal random packing one of the most popular high efficiency packing. The unique shape ensures low liquid holdup and low pressure drop. In addition, the external geometry helps prevent the packing from interlocking or entangling, contributing to the randomness and optimum surface area within the packed bed. The internal fingers, arches and vanes combine to promote optimum interfacial gas, liquid contact, with minimal drag or hold-up. As a result of lower reflux ratio, energy consumption is reduced.

Plastic Random Packing
