ICS-100 is developed to optimize the distribution of gas-liquid feed flow and to increase of the duration of cycle length of catalytic systems by preliminary trapping the mechanical impurities and by preventing of "crust” formation on the catalyst surface of the Bottom bed. It is used instead of inert balls, loaded as a fixing bed over the catalysts of Bottom bed in the reactors operated as well as liquid and vapor phase.
ICS-100 is a component of multibed catalytic system Chempack Co., developed to control rising of the pressure drop in the reactors of the hydrogenation processes. The ceramic cylinders with 5 inner channels have a great volume of free space, where the mechanical impurities can accumulate and it controls rising of the pressure drop.
